Configuring Your Offers and Pricing
Set up the offers your agents can use to generate enclosed.AI checkout sessions.
Offer configuration
Before your agents can generate enclosed.AI checkout sessions, you configure the offers available in your Clients.ai account. Each offer defines what the agent is selling and at what price.
Creating an offer
- Go to Settings → Offers in your Clients.ai dashboard
- Click Add Offer
- Enter the offer name, description, and price
- Link the corresponding Stripe product or price
- Configure fulfillment actions for this offer (access grants, delivery triggers)
- Save and activate
How agents use offers
When your Clients.ai agent closes a deal in conversation, it selects the appropriate offer from your configured list and generates an enclosed.AI checkout session for that specific offer — preloaded with the buyer's context from the conversation.
Multiple offers
You can configure multiple offers for different products, services, or price points. Your agents select the right offer automatically based on what was discussed in the conversation.
