Understand how enclosed.AI fires fulfillment automatically on payment confirmation.
Zero-click fulfillment
When a buyer pays through enclosed.AI, fulfillment fires automatically. You don't click anything. No manual delivery. The agent closed; fulfillment handles itself.
What fires on payment confirmation
- Access grants — product access provisioned immediately
- Delivery triggers — digital products sent, course access unlocked, etc.
- Order logging — full order record created in your Clients.ai dashboard
- CRM update — lead status updated to "customer" in your CRM
- Confirmation email — buyer receives order confirmation automatically
Configuring fulfillment actions
Configure fulfillment per offer in Settings → Offers → [Offer Name] → Fulfillment:
- Webhook URL to notify your systems on payment
- Email template for order confirmation
- Access provisioning rules (if applicable)
- Third-party integrations (Zapier, direct API)
Refunds
Refunds are processed through Stripe directly. When a refund is issued, enclosed.AI fires corresponding fulfillment reversal actions — access revoked, CRM status updated.
