How Fast Does Fulfillment Fire After Payment?
Understanding the timing of zero-click fulfillment triggers.
Fulfillment timing
Fulfillment fires within seconds of Stripe confirming the charge. The sequence:
- Buyer submits payment — Stripe processes the charge
- Stripe webhook fires to enclosed.AI (typically under 5 seconds)
- enclosed.AI fires your configured fulfillment actions immediately
- Buyer receives access and confirmation within seconds of paying
The buyer has what they paid for before they've finished reading the confirmation screen.
What if a fulfillment action fails?
enclosed.AI retries failed fulfillment webhooks automatically with exponential backoff. You receive an alert in your Clients.ai dashboard if a fulfillment action fails after all retries. Contact care@clients.ai for manual resolution.
